Welcome to mishmishclocks.com (hereinafter: “the Website”), operated by Meir Trosman, Business License No. 057701252, located at 13 Mivtza Moshe, Hod Hasharon, ISRAEL (hereinafter: “Site Management” and\/or “the Company”).<\/p>

Any use of the Website constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

These Terms may be updated from time to time, and users must review them upon each visit. Browsing or using the site constitutes agreement to the terms and a commitment to abide by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement.<\/p>

For convenience, the Terms are written in masculine form but refer equally to all genders.<\/p>

The services provided via the Website are subject to these Terms.<\/p>

By placing an order through the Website, the customer affirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. This constitutes a binding contract between the user and Site Management.<\/p>

Services <\/strong><\/p>

The Website offers the option to purchase artistic products by Meir Trosman.<\/p>

Orders can be made by contacting Site Management, subject to availability and geographic location.<\/p>

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or Bit, subject to approval by Site Management.<\/p>

Prices listed do not include VAT, in accordance with tax laws for VAT-exempt businesses.<\/p>

The Company reserves the right to suspend services at any time.<\/p>

Use of the Website is permitted to any individual aged 18 and above. Orders may be placed by those with an active bank account and\/or valid credit card and a valid email address. A minor placing an order is assumed to have received parental\/guardian consent.<\/p>

Cancellations and Changes to Services<\/strong><\/p>

Cancellation and product return policies are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.<\/p>

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after being placed, provided the order has not yet been shipped.<\/p>

Canceled services will not be charged.<\/p>

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.<\/p>

The Website may cancel orders with at least two hours\u2019 notice. In such cases, the user will have no claim against the Website.<\/p>

If the Company cancels or discontinues a service, the user will be notified and will not be charged or will be refunded accordingly.<\/p>

Return Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Return, change, or cancellation shipping costs will be borne by the customer.<\/p>

Product returns must be sent to: 13 Mivtza Moshe, Hod Hasharon.<\/p>

Returns, changes, or cancellations may result in a refund within 14 business days from the date of receipt, conditional on unused products in original packaging.<\/p>

A 5% cancellation fee will apply.<\/p>

Requests after 14 days will be considered at the sole discretion of the Company.<\/p>

Availability and Service Area<\/strong><\/p>

Service availability is subject to scheduling with Site Management.<\/p>

Shipping Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Most products are ready for shipping within 7 business days, up to 12 days for remote areas.<\/p>

Delivery options include: self-pickup from the studio, pickup from a delivery center, or home delivery.<\/p>

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.<\/p>

The Website is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure or third
party courier issues.<\/p>

Responsibility and Service<\/strong><\/p>

Services will be provided according to the service packages offered by Site Management.<\/p>

Service duration will be as scheduled.<\/p>

The Company is not liable for physical, financial, or other damages incurred during or after using the service or products.<\/p>

The Company disclaims responsibility for content posted on the Website or its use and consequences.<\/p>
