Introduction

Welcome to mishmishclocks.com (hereinafter: “the Website”), operated by Meir Trosman, Business License No. 057701252, located at 13 Mivtza Moshe, Hod Hasharon, ISRAEL (hereinafter: “Site Management” and/or “the Company”).

Any use of the Website constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms may be updated from time to time, and users must review them upon each visit. Browsing or using the site constitutes agreement to the terms and a commitment to abide by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement.

For convenience, the Terms are written in masculine form but refer equally to all genders.

The services provided via the Website are subject to these Terms.

By placing an order through the Website, the customer affirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. This constitutes a binding contract between the user and Site Management.

Services

The Website offers the option to purchase artistic products by Meir Trosman.

Orders can be made by contacting Site Management, subject to availability and geographic location.

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or Bit, subject to approval by Site Management.

Prices listed do not include VAT, in accordance with tax laws for VAT-exempt businesses.

The Company reserves the right to suspend services at any time.

Use of the Website is permitted to any individual aged 18 and above. Orders may be placed by those with an active bank account and/or valid credit card and a valid email address. A minor placing an order is assumed to have received parental/guardian consent.

Cancellations and Changes to Services

Cancellation and product return policies are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after being placed, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Canceled services will not be charged.

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

The Website may cancel orders with at least two hours’ notice. In such cases, the user will have no claim against the Website.

If the Company cancels or discontinues a service, the user will be notified and will not be charged or will be refunded accordingly.

Return Policy

Return, change, or cancellation shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Product returns must be sent to: 13 Mivtza Moshe, Hod Hasharon.

Returns, changes, or cancellations may result in a refund within 14 business days from the date of receipt, conditional on unused products in original packaging.

A 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Requests after 14 days will be considered at the sole discretion of the Company.

Service availability is subject to scheduling with Site Management.

Shipping Policy

Most products are ready for shipping within 7 business days, up to 12 days for remote areas.

Delivery options include: self-pickup from the studio, pickup from a delivery center, or home delivery.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

The Website is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure or third
party courier issues.

Responsibility and Service

Services will be provided according to the service packages offered by Site Management.

Service duration will be as scheduled.

The Company is not liable for physical, financial, or other damages incurred during or after using the service or products.

The Company disclaims responsibility for content posted on the Website or its use and consequences.

Privacy and Data Protection

The Company and its affiliates may use provided information to deliver requested services. Personal data will not be disclosed or used for marketing without explicit consent.

Service content and personal data will not be shared without written approval from the client.
